David (who works in the lobby) was extremely courteous and hospitable. He went out of his way to find my family a table near a power outlet and even checked on us once we got our food. That doesn't happen Often at fast food chains. Thanks David!
Caramel Machiado was great. They got my order right. If I lived in the area I would’ve definitely come again.
Honestly can’t complain about the food, and I could probably say that they have the best iced coffees I’ve had at any other McDonald’s by far. However, the customer service here is extremely poor, every time I come through the drive thru here I am greeted by someone with a poor attitude, who is very pushy and the staff here does a great job at making you feel like your inconveniencing them! I’ve never heard more sighs come from a drive through speaker in my life. I really think the manager there should work on customer service training with their staff, maybe the managers themselves need training as well, I don’t know. But be NICER people!

Very poor service at the drive thru. Can’t get an order right…multiple times, attitude issues with employees and manager. Customer service training is in dire need at this location. Good help must be very difficult to find. One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.
Maybe I just caught it on a bad day but this was terrible. I thought McDonald's coffee was getting better, but this was just totally battery acid. And the creamer was nasty, I should have known.
